Artisan Candle Co began with a simple love of fragrance and the beautiful way a scent can transform a space.

Our candle-making journey began in our studio in Wongawallan, nestled in the Gold Coast hinterland, where a passion for creating beautiful fragrances first took shape.

Today, Artisan continues to grow from our home studio surrounded by the natural beauty of the hinterland. Our colonial-style Queenslander, with its welcoming wraparound veranda, has become a meaningful part of our inspiration.

From the changing light across the veranda to the surrounding greenery, the gardens and the nearby coastline, the places around us continue to influence the fragrances we create.

A little more than a candle.

At Artisan, we believe fragrance is deeply personal. It can evoke a memory, change the atmosphere of a room or become part of a treasured everyday ritual.

That’s why we take care in selecting each fragrance, thoughtfully curating a collection that reflects our love of beautiful scents, considered design and the places that inspire us.

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches on the Gold Coast, with a focus on fragrance, craftsmanship and the little details that make an everyday moment feel special.
